Kevin performs solo, duo and with The Kevin Jones Band. He has shared stages with John Hiatt, Rosanne Cash, Bruce Cockburn, Joan Baez, The Laura Love Band, Marc Cohn, Michael Tomlinson, Catie Curtis, and variety of Northwest based Musicians.
Kevin Jones' music is rhythmic and colorful. His lyrics are touching and very accessible. His willingness to experiment with a variety of different guitars and odd tunings leave fans very musically nourished. He is always reaching for that invisible bass tone which makes people wonder sometimes where the rest of the band is hiding. Kevin's voice is powerful, gutsy, yet gracious, and pure.
Whether solo acoustic or full band electric Kevin Jones is truly a Northwest treasure.

Kevin is releasing a new CD in 2008 on TurnRecords © featuring a batch of new songs and some cool versions of covers. The band will be Kevin, Greg Hendrickson on bass, Doyle Wood on Mandolin, and several other wonderful players including former 3 Track Mind band members. Kevin's plays acoustic and electric slide and fingerstyle and uses non-conventional and low tunings to create a huge performance sound.
